Integrity: I believe that you are your reputation. I’ve built my professional reputation on integrity without even realizing it. I simply am. As it turns out, many employers seek professionals with integrity and I have gotten far from just simply being a good and honest human being.
 
Professionalism: For me, this covers a broad range of qualities, from teamwork to leadership, to interpersonal skills to clear communication. It’s really important for me to be able to communicate with others. I have found in my professional career that being able to work well with others, clearly communicate with clients to meet their needs, and to positively lead a team successfully requires professionalism. Being a successful leader requires the respect of your staff.
 
Loyalty: I too respect those whom I report to and enjoy helping them achieve success. It is a lot of work to learn a new position, understand a new workplace and how it operates, and to absorb the new personalities in the office. I pride myself on being loyal to my company, which includes being reliable, punctual, setting an example, and leading through motivation. I also think that it’s important for co-workers to trust one another, as well as me.

Build and run the NW Oregon and SW Washington marketing department for Cascade Sotheby's. As the Marketing Manager, my main initiatives were to:

1. Build and develop the marketing department for NW Oregon, SW Washington, and the Oregon coast.
2. Develop, launch, implement, and scale a digital marketing program to be scaled across all CSIR broker/agents.
