Step by Step - Facebook Advertising 101I'll walk you through setting up a Facebook ad from beginning to end. There are key points along the way in which I'll educate you. Such as, what's a campaign objective and how do you choose which one is right for your advertising goal? Should you choose Awareness, Consideration, or Conversion? And why? What do they mean to the people who ultimately will see your ad? How is online advertising (otherwise known as PPC - pay per click) structured and what does that mean to you when you're setting up your ad campaigns? How do you navigate the Facebook Ads Manager console? What does each tab - Campaigns, Ad Sets, and Ads - do and how do you edit your final ads and view the analytics? .We'll cover the difference between a Facebook boost and a Facebook Ad. While building out your ad campaign, you'll be able to choose your targeting: geotargeting and detailed targeting. With geo-targeting, you can target whole cities, countries, zip codes, or exact addresses with as little as a 2 mile radius. Did you know that you can also target lists of specific people (custom audiences) with a .CSV file? You can also use the Audiences tool if you're running multiple ads to make sure that your ads are not competing with themselves. With detailed targeting, you have the option to choose your audience based on their behaviors, income, interests, employers/job titles, and so much more. After we discuss the plethora of geotargeting and detailed targeting options, we'll discuss budget and schedule. What determines the cost of your Facebook ad? I'll show you 7 factors that play into the cost of your ad in the Facebook ad auction. We'll discuss your bid strategy and setting a bid cap. Most importantly, we'll discuss what factors determine when Facebook chooses to show your ad so you can make the most successful ads on Facebook. I'll show you how to create and write a compelling ad that will get you the most return on your investment and show you examples of other ads that are running successfully on Facebook right now. And if you still need guidance, I am happy to walk you through a personal Facebook ad training session at $65/hour. To purchase a personal training session - of any kind - click here. Thank you!
